Log TCG Terms of Service
Effective 2 September 2026. This replaces the Log Pose Terms of Service previously posted here.
Log TCG is the name for the trading card collection apps published by Jared Kirk. It currently covers two apps:
- Log Pose — for the One Piece Card Game
- Log Punk — for the Cyberpunk TCG
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Log TCG, and they govern both apps. "The app" means whichever of them you are using; "we" and "us" mean Log TCG. By using either app you accept these Terms in full, including later amendments. If you do not accept them, do not use the apps.
1. Age
The apps themselves have no minimum age. They can be installed and used to track a collection without an account, and used that way they collect no personal information.
You must be at least 13 to create an account, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum for consenting to online services on your own — 16 in some European countries. The account is where personal information starts being collected, which is what the age limit is really about.
You must be able to form a binding contract to buy a subscription. If you are a minor where you live (generally under 18), a parent or guardian must permit and supervise your use, and must read and agree to these Terms.
If you are under the account age, you can still use the app fully on one device — you just cannot sign in, sync between devices, or add friends.
2. Your account
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for what happens under it, and you agree that the information you give us is accurate.
Choose a username that is not offensive, not impersonating somebody else, and not infringing anyone's trademark. We may reclaim or change a username that breaks this.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
3. Subscriptions
Each app offers an optional paid subscription — Log Pose+ and Log Punk+ — sold monthly or annually.
- Payment is taken by the app store you installed from — Apple or Google — and not by us, through your Apple Account or Google Account. We never see your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account with that store is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Cancel or manage a subscription with that store. On Apple, device Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Google Play, the Play Store app → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your Log TCG account.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies. We cannot issue them.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
One subscription covers the Log TCG apps. A subscription is held against your Log TCG account, not against a single app or a single device. While it is active, signing in with the same account unlocks the paid features in our other apps — including on a different platform, so a subscription bought on an iPhone applies when you sign in on Android, and the other way round.
This depends on you being signed in. Apple and Google cannot see each other's purchases, and it is your Log TCG account, not the store, that carries the entitlement between them. Without an account there is nothing for it to attach to, and the subscription unlocks only the app and device it was bought on.
Billing stays with the store you bought from. That store charges you, renews you, and handles any refund, whichever platform you later use the subscription on.
We may change which apps are included, but never in a way that removes what you have already paid for in the app you bought it in.
Paid features may be added, changed or withdrawn over time. If we withdraw something substantial that you are paying for, you may cancel, and the store's refund process remains open to you.
4. What you may and may not do
Use the apps for keeping track of your own card collection. In particular, do not:
- copy, redistribute or resell any part of the apps, or their card data, in bulk;
- scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the apps or their servers;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, except where law permits it;
- interfere with the apps' operation or security, or try to reach data that is not yours;
- use another person's account, or share yours;
- upload or set as your username or profile anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing;
- use the apps to build a competing product or dataset.
Using the app for your own collecting and playing is fine, including if you sell cards yourself. What is not fine is taking the catalog or the app itself as raw material for another product.
5. Your content
Your collection, folders, decks, username and profile remain yours. To run the features you have asked for, you grant us the permission we need to store that content, back it up, and display it to you and to the people you have chosen to share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
If you make your profile public, or accept a friend, you are choosing to show that content to other people. Please read the Privacy Policy for exactly what that exposes.
You are responsible for what you put in. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
6. Card data, prices and ownership
Card names, artwork, set names and game content belong to their respective owners. They appear in the apps to let you identify and organize cards you own. We claim no rights in them.
- Log Pose is an independent application, unaffiliated with Bandai, the One Piece TCG or Eiichiro Oda.
- Log Punk is an independent application, unaffiliated with CD PROJEKT RED, CD PROJEKT S.A. or the Cyberpunk TCG.
Neither app is endorsed, sponsored or approved by any of them.
Prices are informational only. Market values shown in the apps come from third parties such as TCGplayer and Cardmarket, are converted between currencies using periodically updated exchange rates, and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Some cards have no price at all. Nothing in the apps is an offer, an appraisal, or financial or investment advice, and you should not rely on it when buying, selling or insuring anything.
Links to TCGplayer, Cardmarket and eBay lead to sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Our TCGplayer links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no cost to you.
Everything else in the apps — the software, its design, its name and its logos — belongs to us.
7. Availability
We do not promise the apps will be available without interruption, or that data will always be current or correct. Features may change or be discontinued. The apps depend on services we do not control, and on card data published by others.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Log TCG will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue or loss of data, arising from your use of the apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Log TCG harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the apps, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
11. Privacy
Your use of the apps is subject to the Log TCG Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California for any dispute, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts, this does not take that away.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version here, each showing its effective date. Your continued use of the apps after a change constitutes acceptance of it. If a change is material, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the apps.
